Sal Fratia

Born and raised in Toronto, Sal Fratia is a proud first-generation Canadian of Italian heritage. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Sal has been married for 40 years and is the father of three daughters. He resides in Oakville, where he has built both his career and his family life.

As a lifelong member of Royal LePage, Sal joined the organization in November of 1994 and is now approaching 30 years of dedicated service. With extensive experience in the real estate industry, he specializes in both residential (75%) and commercial (25%) properties, providing his clients with exceptional market insight and personalized service.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Sal has enjoyed playing hockey, baseball, and volleyball, and he coached girls’ soccer for many years with the Erin Mills Soccer program. Beyond real estate and sports, he is an avid fan of music, theater, and travel, constantly seeking new experiences that enrich both his personal and professional life.
